Vikash is a licensed buyers agent, Qualified Property Investment Adviser (QPIA) and the founder of Profitable Property Advisory. He has spent over a decade working in the Australian property market, and in that time, he has helped investors at every stage of their journey, from people buying their first property with a modest deposit to experienced investors building multi-property portfolios worth millions.
He personally identified the Western Australian and Queensland markets that have produced some of the most significant capital growth in Australia over the past three years, recommending clients into those markets 18 to 24 months before the mainstream commentary arrived.
