02 - Personalised Investment Strategy

Once engaged, we put together your personalised investment strategy, a written plan that outlines your financial goals, risk profile, target yield, preferred markets and overall structure. This becomes the foundation for everything that follows. We do not begin searching for properties until this strategy is clearly defined and agreed. Every recommendation from this point is measured against it.

03 - Market Research and Suburb Analysis

We identify the markets and suburbs that align with your strategy using current data across population growth, infrastructure pipelines, price trends, vacancy rates and rental yields. We do not recommend locations based on opinion or hype. We rely on what the data is telling us. Each recommendation is supported by a detailed suburb report tailored to your brief.

04 - Property Search — On-Market and Off-Market

We search across the entire market, including public listings and our network of agents, property managers and industry contacts. Many of the properties we secure are off-market and never advertised publicly. Every opportunity that passes our initial checks is assessed against your brief before being presented to you, so you are only reviewing properties that genuinely fit your requirements.

05 - Negotiation and Acquisition

Once you decide to move forward, we take over the process. Our focus is always on securing the best possible outcome.

01 - Settlement Support and Ongoing Portfolio Review

Our role continues beyond signing contracts. We coordinate with your conveyancer, assist with final inspections, connect you with a trusted property manager and support you through to settlement. Six months after settlement, we carry out a structured portfolio review to assess performance, revisit your borrowing capacity and plan your next steps.
